01 Introduction

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Crazy time app is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for betting within 180 days may be subject to an inactivity review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on crazy time app are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Crazy time app does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Most withdrawals are completed within 1–6 hours. In some cases, verification may extend this to 24 hours.
• Crazy time app may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review.
• Crazy time app reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or Terms violation pending investigation.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on crazy time app are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game being wagered on. General betting rules that apply across all markets on crazy time app are listed below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• Crazy time app reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or data feed failures.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use crazy time app for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crazy time app staff or other players through any communication channel.
